Referenz Studio is a specialist hi-fi and high-end audio showroom in Riga. The website presents the brands and equipment we represent, our services and contact details.

Information on the website is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer to sell. No purchases or payments are made on this website.

We make every effort to keep product descriptions, specifications, images and brand information accurate and up to date. Manufacturers may change specifications, design or availability without notice.

Images are for illustration; colour and finish may differ slightly from the actual product.

Availability, prices and delivery times are confirmed individually by our team upon request. Prices, where shown, are in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions.

You can request a quote, product consultation or a listening session in our showroom by phone, e-mail or through the contact form on this website.

A contract of sale is concluded only when we confirm your order in writing (e-mail or invoice) and, where required, receive the agreed advance payment.

​

Special orders (equipment ordered from the manufacturer specifically for you, custom finishes or configurations) may require an advance payment. The terms of the advance are stated in the invoice.

​

Listening sessions are by appointment. Please let us know in advance if you need to reschedule.

No payments are accepted on this website.

​

Payment is made by bank transfer according to the invoice issued by Referenz Studio, or by other methods agreed with you in the showroom.

​

Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer after full payment.

Goods can be collected from our showroom in Riga or delivered to an agreed address in Latvia, the Baltic states or other EU countries.

​

Delivery cost, method and estimated time are agreed individually before the order is confirmed.

​

Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Visible transport damage must be noted in the delivery document and reported to us within 3 (three) working days.

If you are a consumer and the contract was concluded at a distance (by phone, e-mail or online, without visiting our showroom), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and EU consumer law.

To withdraw, send us a clear written statement (e.g. by e-mail) within the 14-day period. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, complete, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

We will refund the payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, but may withhold the refund until the goods are returned. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

​

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, or to purchases made in our showroom.

New equipment sold by Referenz Studio is original and supplied through official distribution channels. Manufacturer's warranty terms are stated in the product documentation.

Consumers have a statutory right to submit claims regarding non-conformity of goods within 2 (two) years of purchase, in accordance with Latvian law.

​

Alongside new equipment, we offer pre-owned and ex-demo hi-fi equipment, clearly marked as such. Every pre-owned item is inspected and tested by our team before sale. Its condition, visible signs of use, completeness (packaging, remote control, cables, manuals) and any known defects are described in the offer or invoice. You are welcome to inspect and listen to the item in our showroom before buying. Signs of use described before purchase are not grounds for a claim. The warranty period for pre-owned equipment is stated in the invoice; the original manufacturer's warranty may have expired or may not be transferable. This does not limit the statutory rights of consumers.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation or connection, mechanical damage, power surges, unauthorised repair or modification, or normal wear and tear.

All content on this website (texts, photographs, design, logos and layout) belongs to Referenz Studio or is used under licence from the respective brand owners. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Copying, reproducing or using the content without our prior written consent is prohibited.

We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the website, technical errors, or for the content of third-party websites linked from this website.

Our liability for any damage related to the use of the website is limited to the extent permitted by Latvian law. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights of consumers.

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Latvian law. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Please send any complaint to referenzstudio@apollo.lv. We will respond within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through negotiation, a consumer may apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv) or its Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
