If you are a consumer and bought from us at a distance (by phone, e-mail or online, without visiting our showroom), you may return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving them, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and EU consumer law.

Send us a clear written notice (e.g. by e-mail to referenzstudio@apollo.lv) within the 14-day period, stating your name, invoice number and the items you are returning.

Return the goods to our showroom at Kungu street 25, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia within 14 days of sending your notice. We are happy to help you arrange safe transport.

Please return the goods complete, with all accessories, manuals and remote controls, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless agreed otherwise. For heavy or valuable equipment, we recommend insured transport in the original packaging.

We will refund the payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your return notice. The refund is made by bank transfer to the account used for payment, unless agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back and checked their condition.

The right of return does not apply to:

​

goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including special orders, custom finishes or configurations;

purchases made in person in our showroom.

Pre-owned and ex-demo equipment bought at a distance can be returned under the same rules. Signs of use described in the offer or invoice before purchase are not considered defects.

Returns for faulty goods are handled under the legal guarantee and warranty, not under this policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue; see our Warranty page for details.
