We collect only the data needed to answer your request and serve you as a customer:

Contact details: name, e-mail and phone number, when you fill in the contact form, call or write to us.

Enquiry details: the equipment you are interested in, your message, the preferred date of a listening session.

Order and invoice data: name, company details (if applicable), delivery address, purchase history, warranty claims.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and cookies, collected automatically when you use the website.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

To answer your enquiries, prepare quotes and arrange listening sessions: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To process orders, deliveries, returns and warranty claims: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To issue invoices and keep accounting records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Enquiries without a purchase: up to 1 (one) year after our last communication.

Order, invoice and accounting data: for the period required by Latvian accounting law (generally 5 years).

Warranty-related data: until the end of the warranty or claim period.
